What files do I need?
Three UTF-8 CSV or TSV files: the original catalog, approved changes, and actual export. Prepare one complete row per unique, stable SKU. Limits apply together: 50,000 rows and 12 MiB per file, 150 columns, 30 mapped fields and 500,000 field checks per comparison. Native Shopify image-only and inherited rows may need preparation. Does it fix my store or check product photos?
No. It checks the supplied files and selected fields. Your team investigates and corrects issues in its usual tools, then exports a fresh result. The sample artwork illustrates products; the software does not inspect images, browse your storefront, or prove who approved a change.
Does the software expire?
Your license to the downloaded current version has no time limit. There is no renewal or per-report fee. Hosted access is available while the service operates; perpetual hosting, all future updates and indefinite support are not included promises.
Where does my catalog go?
It stays in browser memory on your device. Save reports and rule profiles before closing or reloading. The hosted app uses Stripe for purchase and access verification. The downloaded edition works without a network connection. No cloud project archive or store monitoring is included.
