One purchase, repeat use

CatalogWitness Professional is $199 USD once, plus applicable taxes. It licenses the downloaded current version for one business and up to three people, with unlimited projects, reruns and exports within file limits. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Checking files in the hosted workbench is free.

Digital delivery

After verified payment, save your access keys and download Professional. Your payment confirmation page provides a file containing your purchaser and team access keys, plus a ZIP download of Professional. Extract the ZIP and open catalogwitness-professional.html in a compatible desktop browser with JavaScript enabled. The downloaded tool runs without an internet connection. Save a backup of your keys and software. Future updates and indefinite hosting are not promised. Reports you generate are yours to retain.

Seven-day full refund

Within seven days of the initial purchase, restore your purchaser key on the access page and request a full refund. While a refund is pending, hosted paid access is suspended. A successful full refund ends your Professional license, and you must stop using the downloaded Professional software. You may keep reports already created. We cannot remotely erase downloaded files. Processing time depends on Stripe and your payment provider; submitted does not mean the funds have arrived.

Problems after seven days

If the software is not delivered or a material fault prevents its purchased function, contact support. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies are not limited by the voluntary refund window. If local law grants a longer withdrawal period or another remedy, it takes precedence. Request immediate digital delivery at checkout only if you want it to begin immediately; that request alone does not waive mandatory rights.

Access recovery

Save the private key displayed after payment and use it on the access page for hosted access or software download while the service operates. If you lose it, contact support with your Stripe receipt reference. Do not pay again to resolve an access problem. A browser cookie expiring does not create a new purchase requirement or end a valid perpetual license.
