Paid but no download or hosted access

Return to payment confirmation in the same browser and verify payment again without paying a second time. If you saved your key, restore it here. Professional has no time-based license expiry; a cleared or expired cookie does not mean you need to buy again.

Keep your downloaded version

Professional is a one-time license to the downloaded current version. Back up the software, access-key file and reports. Hosted access and download recovery are available while the service operates. Future updates and indefinite hosting are not promised. Extract the downloaded ZIP before opening catalogwitness-professional.html in a current desktop browser with JavaScript enabled. A mail preview or document viewer may not run the tool. If a managed device blocks local HTML scripts or downloads, use a browser permitted by your organization or contact support for help.

Refunds

Use your purchaser key to request a full refund within seven days of the initial purchase on the access page. A successful refund ends the software license; you may retain reports already created. See the refund policy for delivery, product-fault and mandatory-rights requests. There is no subscription to cancel.
